It’s incredibly durable as well, made of aerospace-grade aluminum, featuring a tempered Pyrex window, o-ring sealed, and completely weatherproof so it can easily stand up to any situation you might find yourself in. A handy tailcap switch, an optional P61 lamp capable of doubling your light output, and useful switch lockout function (to prevent accidental activation) round things out nicely for what many consider to be the perfect compact light source.

The 6P Defender is a compact, high-output flashlight with enhanced self-defense features. It uses a precision micro-textured reflector and a SureFire incandescent lamp to produce a smooth, brilliant beam with enough power to temporarily blind and disorient an aggressor by impairing his night-adapted vision. Output is either 65 or 120 lumens, depending on which easy-to-install lamp you use—high-output or ultra high-output. The 6P Defender's crenellated Strike Bezel provides further personal defense options. The pushbutton tailcap switch provides secure, ergonomic activation control: press for momentary-on, press further to click constant-on.
