The Monarch X riflescopes incorporate precision ground and polished Eco Glass lenses (made without lead or arsenic). Lenses are coated with multiple layers of Nikon’s proprietary Ultra ClearCoat anti-reflective coatings for unmatched sharpness, resolution, and light transmission that borders on the theoretical maximum of 99.5% per lens surface (95% total light transmission).
Built with an ultra-rugged, 30mm one-piece main body tube constructed of aircraft grade aluminum, the Monarch X scopes feature etched glass reticles for the ultimate in shock-and-recoil-proof integrity. As with all Nikon riflescopes, the Monarch X is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed for total, guaranteed, waterproof and fogproof performance
Nikon Monarch X 4-16x50 riflescopes feature large diameter, 1/4-MOA windage and
elevation adjustment knobs that allow tactical, audible and visual verification
of each precision movement. The knobs are ridged, making them easy to operate
with gloves, and each has a highly visible index mark, allowing for quick
adjustments as well as easy and accurate return to zero.
